Pant Pant
After about a month of rest from jogging, I went jogging today.
Partly because I needed to pass the army physical test in a few months time, I decided to train to run 2.4km and also to clock my timing.
I started rather slowly. As I progressed, I realized that I could not increase my speed. Instead, I kept slowing down.
Eventually, when I completed the 2.4km run, I clocked a timing of 21 minutes. I needed 12.40 min to pass the test.
I think, I will run again on Monday. Too tired to run tomorrow.
